Mini-Block is a small lightweight fall arrest device suitable for situations where maximum mobility is required whilst protection the user from potential falls. 
The unit has a self-retracting mechanism to avoid slack during use and accommodates up to 2.5 metres of webbing allowing freedon of movement but the braking mechanism is activated by the accelleration of the webbing seen during a fall, this coupled with the shock absorber pack ensures that the user is arrested in a controlled manner at a force less than 6kN.
Mini-Block has been tested for use by users up to a weight of 140kg and if Fall-Factor II use.
